You can understand the business problem and still not know what to do about the person attached to it. Leadership & People Advisory is practical, one-on-one support for founders and leaders navigating the human side of leadership: difficult conversations, performance concerns, delegation, accountability, team tension and situations where there is no obvious answer. Bring the real situation. Maybe someone on your team is underperforming. A strong employee is creating problems around them. You need to give feedback you have been putting off. Roles have become unclear. Or you know something needs to change but are not sure how to handle it without making the situation worse. We will look at what is actually happening, what you are responsible for, what may be going unsaid and what a fair, practical next step looks like. This is also a place to say the part you would not say in the meeting. You can be honest about the frustration, uncertainty or concern behind the situation without being judged for having the thought. And you should expect honesty back. If I think you are avoiding the real issue, sending mixed signals, overcomplicating the situation or contributing to the dynamic, I will tell you. Sometimes we may prepare for a conversation word by word. Sometimes the answer is changing how you delegate, setting a clearer expectation or realizing you have been solving something your team needs to learn how to solve themselves. You should leave with more than perspective. The goal is to understand the situation more clearly, know what you want to communicate and have a practical next step you can take back into the real world. This is a good fit if you are responsible for people and have a specific leadership or team situation taking up more time or mental energy than it should. You do not need an ongoing coaching engagement to use this service. Sometimes you simply need a trusted outside perspective before making the call.
